If the product is not deemed a manufacturer defect, the following charges are listed below. For all frame and lens replacement pricing, download the repair form below. Submit the form along with the frame needing repair to the following address:

Frame Repair Costs

• Frame Repair - $100.00*
• Moisture Chamber Replacement - $35*
• Temple Arms - $30* for set.
• One temple arm (right or left) $15* each.                                         

For California residents, sales tax will apply. (This is calculated on the part cost only)

We do strive at same day service when we receive your repair and please allow 1 week (5 business days) to complete your repair.  All repairs are subject to parts availability.
