We recommend disinfecting the glasses every once in a while for safety purposes.
We recommend using wet wipes to clean the frame and eyecup. Baby wipes are preferred if you are worried about harsh chemicals touching the eyeglasses next to your face. Never leave eyewear in direct sunlight when not in use, especially photochromic lenses.
• The Moisture Chamber is connected to the frame utilizing small magnets for easy cleaning or replacement.
• When removing the Moisture Chamber gently pull on one end of the eyecup until it detaches from the frame.
• We recommend using wet wipes or make-up remover wipes (hypoallergenic) to clean the Moisture Chamber.
• Avoid soaking the eyecup in water or using harsh cleaning soaps.
Each eyecup usually lasts anywhere from 3 months to 5 years depending on care & cleaning methods.
When removing the eyecup for cleaning or replacement, gently pull both arms apart outwards until the eyecup releases. Do not pull on the foam as this will damage the Airshield.
We suggest using a wet wipe, gentle makeup remover, or damp microfiber cloth to clean the Airshield. Using small circular motions and the tip of your finger with the wet wipe, massage the dirt away. Do not use sunscreen around your eyes as it will damage the frame and Airshield eyecup.
Most of Ziena lenses (except polarized lenses) have antifog coating on the backside of the lens. It is not permanent coating by nature so it is sensitive to scratches and lens cleaners with alcohol, for alcohol can destroy the antifog instantly. It is recommended to apply very little water and perhaps soap onto the microfiber bag and clean the lens in gentle, circular motion. Eventually the antifog would be effaced but you can buy antifog bottle sprays for temporary recoating.

Lens Replacements - due to scratches and prescription changes, please call (909) 509-8228 for a complete quote.
Magnets – Call in to ask for magnet replacements as they are specific to each frame.
Rubber bendable arms – if the rubber comes loose, add a dab of super glue to glue it back. The reason why it comes out is because the arm was either bent at the intersection between the rubber and the hard plastic of the arm or that the arm was repeatedly bent too many times.
